OUR PROPOSED REPORT JOURNEY / 002

How the Report
Process Works.

From a Japanese frame number to a carefully explained historical record — understand each planned step, including the limitations that matter.

Prelaunch overview — no chassis submissions, report orders or payments are available yet.

01 / THE PLANNED WORKFLOW

Six steps.
One clear process.

This is the intended journey once an authorized data supplier, one-package terms and payment handling have been approved. Availability is not guaranteed.

  1. 01IDENTIFY

Find the Japanese frame or chassis number

The identifier may appear on a vehicle's documentation, chassis plate or designated body stamping. Japanese domestic-market frame numbers are not always standard 17-character VINs. Double-check every character.

No number submission is available on this site yet
  2. 02CHECK

Check whether source records are available

When the service launches, we intend to check eligible licensed sources for a matching vehicle. Searches may return no record, partial history, multiple possible matches, or an unavailable source.

A missing record is not proof of a clean history
  3. 03REVIEW

Review one package and its terms

The proposed service uses one report package, not subscriptions or confusing tiers. Before any future payment, customers should see confirmed coverage, the actual price, delivery terms, and how no-hit or partial results are handled.

Package details and price are not finalized
  4. 04PURCHASE

Use secure checkout when ordering opens

After supplier and payment approvals, an eligible order would be paid through a supported secure gateway. The website does not currently offer checkout or take payment details.

    Future feature — payments disabled
  5. 05VERIFY

    Review report evidence and uncertainty

The intended quality review would assess vehicle identifier matches, dates, missing fields, source context, and potentially ambiguous translations. A report can explain recorded observations, but it cannot guarantee a complete vehicle history.

    Source completeness varies
  6. 06DELIVER

Receive private report access and support

Once operational, we intend to provide private report access and an order status channel with customer support. Specific delivery times, download validity and refund conditions will be published only after testing and approval.

Delivery times have not been promised
02 / WHAT THE DATA CANNOT PROVE

History needs
context.

Japanese auction information can be useful evidence about a past event. It should not be interpreted as a present-day inspection or a complete account of every event in a vehicle's life.

See the illustrative report concept

No result does not mean no damage

It only means no matching record was returned from the sources checked. Coverage gaps and data delays may exist.

An auction grade is historical

It reflects an inspector's observations for a particular auction. Vehicle condition can change later.

Mileage readings are dated

A recorded odometer reading is not the same as verified current mileage or an uninterrupted mileage history.

Comments may need interpretation

Scanned handwriting, auction terminology and translation introduce uncertainty. A physical inspection remains important.

BUILT FOR INFORMED DECISIONS
